MULTI-SPECIALTY & INFUSION CENTER

This tenant improvement project provides a home for the new Infusion Center as well as flexible clinical space for specialty care providers at the St. Anthony Summit Medical Center.

The new Center is part of the St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco, CO, a Level III trauma center in Summit County. Located in the medical office building connected to the main hospital, the space is home to St. Anthony’s infusion treatment services, a new service line offered by the Center. Previously, oncology patients would have traveled to Denver for treatment, so the new space saves them the two-hour round trip. Recognizing the oppressive nature of infusion treatment, MOA designed the space to feel like an extension of oncology patients’ living rooms, avoiding a clinical look-and-feel in favor of a relaxed and welcoming environment. Set on the third floor of the building, the Center chose the suite for this service line for the stunning views it offers of the surrounding mountains. The space also includes flexible clinical space for specialty care providers, such as OB/GYNs and sports medicine physicians, who commute several times a month from the Denver area and elsewhere to see local patients.
