ARAPAHOE MEDICAL OFFICES REMODEL

Kaiser Permanente hired MOA to remodel the existing 72,000-SF Arapahoe Medical Offices building and design a 10,000-SF addition.

Located in Centennial, the facility is home to a range of departments, including primary care, radiology, laboratory, Mohs surgery, dermatology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, weight management, and optometry/ophthalmology. Patient retail services span pharmacy, optical dispensing, and a hearing aid center. The relocation and expansion of the pharmacy comprised a major part of the project scope. The addition also houses primary care, physical therapy, and administrative offices. New finishes, casework, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and lighting were installed throughout the existing facility. Existing toilet rooms were remodeled to comply with ADA requirements.
