INSPIRATION HALL & HIGH PLAINS GRILL
GILLETTE COLLEGE
The Gillette College Inspiration Hall and High Plains Grill provides 152 student beds in combination with a 200-seat central campus dining commons.
Student support services include an information center, student services, student recreation and activities, and a large event/multipurpose space. The 15,000 SF Dining Commons will serve 650+ meals per day and features a variety of seating and food options. The Commons offers students a place to dine, socialize, or study, and is conveniently connected to the rest of campus. With five food stations, the servery is configured as a semi-dispersed marketplace. Several food venues are connected to the back-of-house kitchen while three are set in an island that is fully equipped to meet the demands of service during peak times without having to make stocking trips to the back-of-house. The High Plains Grill serves not only the attached residence hall but is also a central dining facility for the full campus serving resident and non-resident students, faculty and staff. The venue features connected and island type serveries and a highly functional, leading-edge kitchen workspace that maximizes efficiency.
