CARING FOR COLORADO DENVER OFFICE

This tenant improvement project provides a bright and welcoming new office space in Denver for Caring for Colorado, a grantmaking foundation that works with communities across the state.

For over two decades, Caring for Colorado has supported initiatives to address the needs of children, youth, and families across the state. Having recently outgrown its office space in Glendale, the foundation was looking for upgraded office space closer to Downtown Denver. The organization found a new home in the new All Copy Products Headquarters building, also designed by MOA, taking over the property’s last available tenant suites. The tenant fit-out capitalizes on the building’s stunning views of the Front Range and the Denver skyline, leaving window areas open as “view corridors” and breakroom spaces. Taking advantage of the light and airy quality of the space, the design incorporates bright, vibrant colors that further enliven the space. The project involved close coordination with the furniture vendor, aligning the bright paint colors and finishes with the office furniture.
