MOA announces 2021 Dimensions Awards

MOA is excited to announce the 2021 recipients of the firm’s annual MOA Dimensions Awards. Every year MOA recognizes our collaborative partners across the industry with the Dimensions Awards. In addition to high-quality job performance, these Awards acknowledge the overarching values and attitudes that we hold in common with our collaborators, including a commitment to live and work with the highest character, respect, and integrity as well as an understanding of the important responsibility we have to our community. This year MOA recognizes Pueblo School District 60 as Client of the Year and Fransen Pittman General Contractors as Contractor of the Year.

The Client of the Year Dimensions Award goes to a client who is exceptional to work with. Our firm’s work with Pueblo extends from a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan in 2018 to the design of five new school projects, currently under construction or in design. Pueblo School District 60 has consistently demonstrated the value of persistence—against all odds, passing a $237 million bond in 2019—as well as a visionary outlook, insisting that a revitalized, high-quality school district can serve as a springboard for Pueblo, creating value for the community and resetting the city’s image. The MOA team has valued this once-in-a-generation opportunity to collaborate with the district in delivering this grand vision.

The Contractor of the Year Dimensions Award goes to Fransen Pittman General Contractors. This marks the second time that Fransen Pittman has been recognized—they received the second annual Dimensions Award for Contractor of the Year in 2002. Over the past two decades, Fransen Pittman has continued to validate that recognition, working with MOA on dozens of projects and becoming one of our firm’s most trusted contractor partners. In recent years, MOA’s has worked almost continuously with Fransen Pittman, delivering several major ground-up projects and with more under construction.
