Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
MOA is committed to treating all employees fairly, equally, and without bias; seeking, supporting, advancing, and sustaining a team that is diverse in background, experience, personality, and thought; and fostering a culture of inclusion that promotes involvement, innovation, and access to opportunities. An important MOA initiative in supporting diversity in the architectural community is our Robert L. Outland Woman and Minority Scholarship + Internship, which is awarded every other year.
Leadership Development
MOA is dedicated to a clear and transparent Legacy Plan that prepares younger professionals to assume future leadership roles within the firm. Our Associates Program provides a continuum of generation after generation of team, project, and business leaders for the firm. The firm’s Leadership Development Program, a prerequisite to becoming an Associate at the firm, provides a way to develop the future leadership of the firm and is also open to MOA clients and business partners.
BE PART OF OUR LEGACY
We are always looking to strengthen our team with talented architects, interior designers, managers, marketers, technologists, and administrative staff.
