Certified LEED Platinum, this speculative office building with five stories of tenant space and three levels of parking was 100% pre-leased upon completion. The Signature Centre is the current corporate headquarters of CoorsTek, a leading global engineered ceramics manufacturer.

Set alongside I-70 in Lakewood, the building offers stunning views of the foothills. The building’s array of sustainable design features includes a high-performance curtainwall system with sun-shading and light shelves for enhanced light and heat control, while a sophisticated mechanical system utilizes underfloor distribution and perimeter chilled beams to achieve a substantial reduction in energy consumption. This was the first commercial LEED Platinum building in Colorado and, at 186,000 SF, the largest speculative LEED Platinum project in the U.S. at the time of its construction. The building features underfloor air throughout the building with individual temperature and ventilation controls. Its annual energy use is 36 percent lower than a building without the energy saving features.
