3055 ROSLYN STREET
CENTRAL PARK MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
Located at a main entry to Denver’s redeveloped Central Park neighborhood, the LEED Gold-certified 3055 Roslyn Street is the healthcare anchor at the Town Center. The design adheres to the area’s stringent guidelines while projecting a unique identity.
The building’s flexible floor plates comfortably accommodate variously sized tenants in an efficient, cost effect facility. MOA provided TI design for multiple tenants, including UCHealth’s A.F. Williams Family Medicine Clinic which occupies the full ground level. The clinic includes three family medicine pods each with eight exam rooms, central nurse / work station, and procedure room. The facility also includes a complete physical therapy suite with therapy pool, a general radiology/mammography suite, blood labs, and intern teaching and instructional facilities which support the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. The clinic’s administrative and support facilities are also co-located with the clinic space.
