ADMINISTRATION OFFICE REMODEL
STRIDE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER
This tenant improvement project resets the workplace culture for the administrative team of a community-based healthcare provider.
Previously scattered across separate offices in the area, this tenant improvement brings together the administrative employees of STRIDE Community Health Center into a single workplace. Although the focus of the space is a bright and open office environment, the project also incorporated collaborative break-out spaces and smaller, 1-2 person spaces for sensitive conversations or focused work. The new office also allows STRIDE to host larger events, with the main conference room opening out in the kitchen for additional space. A specially commissioned artwork by one of MOA’s architects decorates a feature wall in the corridor along the conference room. This project was completed in collaboration with Pinkard Construction through a Design/Build partnership.
