POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We seek a full time Project Architect with proven experience in project delivery of new construction, additions and/or interior renovations for K-12, commercial, healthcare or entertainment/hospitality design.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural design and technical execution
  • Proficient in Revit for commercial architecture, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite,
  • LEED or WELL accreditation a plus (or willing to become accredited)

PROJECT MANAGER

We seek a full time Project Manager with proven experience in project delivery of new construction, additions and/or interior renovations for K-12, commercial, or entertainment/hospitality design.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in architectural design and technical execution (with a minimum 3 years in a project management role)
  • Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, BSD Speclink a plus, Deltek Vision a plus (as a project management tool)
  • LEED or WELL accreditation a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

INTERIOR DESIGNER

MOA ARCHITECTURE is looking to grow and strengthen our team by adding a talented Interior Designer with 1-3 years’ experience to our Denver studio to work in close collaboration with our team of interior designers and architects in a variety of markets including commercial, education, science + technology, and health care.

We are looking for a creative, technology savvy team player who is a talented designer, detail oriented, eager to learn and contribute, and who shares our commitment to design excellence, sustainability and social responsibility. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Interior Design degree from a CIDA accredited program
  • 1-3 years’ experience in commercial, institutional interior design
  • Familiar with all phases of the design and delivery process including programming, space planning, interior architecture detailing, construction documents, and construction phase services
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering and graphics (SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, BIM 360 Design, Vray, Enscape or other visualization software)
