Spring Lake Village is a multiuse community promoting live, work and play. The retail development will accommodate small in-line tenants up to large big box users. Hotel and Entertainment functions include two hotels, conference center and an 8-plex movie theater. The office development is a flexible, multi-floor Class A facility. A wide range of residential needs are accommodated including high end apartments, townhomes and senior living.
The Spring Lake Development consists of 85.25 gross acres, of which approximately 65.50 acres are usable after the building of roads and parks that must be allocated for city use.
