Coke Building Historical Renovation
Size: 16,000 sf
This facility was originally built as a Coca-Cola production and bottling facility in the early 1940’s, and is located in the historic Old Yellowstone District of Downtown Casper, WY. The building is being re-purposed as an advertising agency and a café/bakery.
A major component of the renovation is to maintain the historical integrity of the existing building and façade while creating a new and exciting place to work and socialize. The building is also being designed and renovated as a candidate for listing on the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service.
During this project, MOA will be working with many public and private entities related to the preservation of historic buildings, including the City of Casper, The Historic Old Yellowstone District Advisory Committee of Casper, The Alliance for Historic Wyoming, The Casper Historic Preservation Commission, the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office, and ultimately the National Park Service to preserve and protect this wonderful piece of Wyoming and American history.
