MOA’s Giving-by-Design Program is helping the non-profit Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado (AATPC) by donating time to develop a site master plan and building concept design for their new home. They have outgrown their Barking CAAT Ranch and they are being asked by the City of Lakewood to move to a larger facility.
AATPC is one of the first counseling centers in the nation that specifically integrates teams of professional therapists and their therapy animals to facilitate the counseling process. This organization provides the benefits of animal-assisted therapy to the Denver metro community and is specifically geared to serve economically, physically, and/or mentally disadvantaged individuals and families.
Please donate today to help AATPC fund their programs and their future forever home and let them continue to help the community thrive!
MOA is honored to be a part of such a great project! Congratulations to the Natrona County School District and Pathways Innovation Center (P.I.C.) on the grand opening of an incredible school!
