The Student Housing Complex for Denver Seminary is designed to provide convenient quarters within the context of a learning environment.
The complex consists of four separate buildings, each three stories high. Spread among the four buildings are 93 units in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations.
Using a vernacular style inspired by the campus and the agricultural history of the Platte River Corridor, the complex presents a visually interesting face while meeting design guidelines.
Each building is surrounded by ample open space and offers courtyards for children’s play, picnics, and other forms of neighborly gathering.
