The interior renovation reconfigured all classrooms and administration spaces;. It was important to correct many deficiencies that existed in the current layout of classrooms. MOA maximized classrooms sizes consistently for each grade; created adjacencies that improved flexibility for curriculum and faculty; and provided a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Other renovations included; adding daylighting to interior classrooms; replacing all new interior finishes and door hardware. MOA provided energy efficient lighting and plumbing fixtures; upgraded electrical distribution system; replaced entire data infrastructure; and replace 30% of exterior windows to improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance of the remaining original window units.
