We are pleased to welcome John Gudger to the MOA Wyoming team. John earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, along with his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. John and his family will be relocating from Denver to Casper in late May and are looking forward to the change of pace and scenery. Welcome to the MOA team John!
March 14, 3/14, or Pi Day! MOA team members went through endless pi-sibilites and brought in the pie they thought would take the cake! We had six pies competing in our Denver office and two pies competing in our Casper office. After much debate the winner in Casper was Brandon’s “Chocolate and Peanut Butter Reese Cup Pie” while in the Denver office Bret’s “Dutch Apple Pie with a Kick” was the clear winner! We almost didn’t get a picture with the winner and his pie before it was all gone!
The MOA DIMENSIONS AWARDS are given each year in celebration and recognition of those clients, consultants and contractors who share our commitment to live and work with the highest character, respect and integrity; who perform their responsibilities in the highest manner, and who recognize the important responsibility we have in the community as building owners, design and construction professionals beyond the immediacy and needs of any single project. MOA is pleased to announce that both the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority are the MOA Dimensions Award – Clients of the Year 2014.
The collaboration between University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority on the project Bioscience 2 takes the unusual step of combining research, business and education in one building. This extraordinary concept achieves the mission of the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority and University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus to imagine the evolution of a historic army medical center into one of the world’s most forward-looking bioscience districts.
MOA is proud to work together with both the University of Colorado and Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority in the design of the new Bioscience 2 Building to serve the needs of the students and the community.
MOA will make a donation in the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority and University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus name’s to charities of their choosing.
